Staging Vacant Properties & New Constructions
Based on research, the most important spaces to stage are the main bedroom and bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and living areas. We will visit the house for an initial meeting and determine if there are other areas of the home that would benefit from staging. There is no charge for this initial meeting.
We will then take the total square feet of the staged areas and price it $1.50/sqft + $650 Set Up/Break Down fee. The staging contract runs for 45 days. If the home needs to be staged beyond that time frame we offer an extension contract of 30 days. The extension contract includes a discounted rate of $1.35/sqft and no Set Up/Break Down Fee.
Staging Occupied Homes
If you are a client whose home has existing furniture, we can assist with this as well! There will be an initial meeting at the property where we will walk through and evaluate the situation. After the meeting, we will write a quote and make recommendations for a staging plan. This estimate will be based on the amount of work to be done, if any inventory should be brought in, or if anything needs to be removed.
We service anyone in the New Orleans Metro area, and have a small travel fee for projects located outside the city parameters.
